Initial Consultations consist of a thorough case history where we will explore your major goals, concerns, physical & mental health factors, pertinent history, and all area's you would like to work on.  These sessions usually last around 2 hours and provide me with the foundational information I need to design the most helpful and appropriate program specifically for you.
