All follow-up consultations are 60 minutes and incorporate practice, dialogue and teaching time.  Practices may include meditations, breathing exercises, contemplation practices or short yoga sessions.  During dialogue we will talk about any recent experiences, changes or questions you have regarding your program since our last visit.  When applicable, teachings may also be shared to deepen your understanding of how non-dual Dharmic view can reframe your past or present life-situations to give you a wider, more all-encompassing understanding allowing for compassion and greater freedom.
